Official Rules – “Signatures Shows Fall 2025 Survey Giveaway”
Organizer: Signatures Shows Ltd., 113 Murray St, Ottawa, ON K1N 5M5, Canada.
1. Eligibility
This contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and whose primary residence is in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, or Manitoba. Residents of Quebec are not eligible. Employees, representatives, or agents of Signatures Shows Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 15, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person in total, regardless of method of entry. A purchase or attendance does not improve odds of winning.
- Survey Entry (attendees): Eligible individuals who attended a Fall 2025 Signatures Shows Ltd. event may receive an email invitation to complete a brief post-event survey about their experience. To enter, complete and submit the survey in full during the Contest Period. Each completed survey equals one (1) entry.
- No Purchase Necessary (Alternate Entry): To enter without attending an event or completing the survey, send an email during the Contest Period to [email protected] with the subject line “$250 Artisan Prize Pack Contest – No Purchase Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. One (1) entry per person.
Entries submitted via either method have equal chances of winning. All entries become the property of Signatures Shows Ltd. and will not be returned.
4. Prize
There is one (1) prize available: a $250 CAD Canadian Handmade Prize Pack featuring curated products from artisans participating in our shows (the “Prize”). Shipping within Canada is included. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of Signatures Shows Ltd., which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on or about January 16, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw and must:
- Respond within seven (7) days of the notification email; and
- Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as required under Canadian law.
If the selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days, fails the skill-testing question, or is otherwise ineligible, they will forfeit the Prize and an alternate entrant may be selected at Signatures Shows Ltd.’s discretion.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Signatures Shows Ltd., which are final and binding. Signatures Shows Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.
By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their first name and city/province of residence for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Signatures Shows Ltd. and its affiliates, agencies, suppliers, and representatives are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or garbled entries, or for any technical failures, human error, or any other factor that may affect entry, selection, or administration of the Contest. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Signatures Shows Ltd. from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the Prize.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest and, if consented to by the entrant, for future communications from Signatures Shows Ltd. 9. Governing Law
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
10. Winner Information
To request the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Signatures Shows Fall 2025 Survey Giveaway”, Signatures Shows Ltd., 113 Murray St, Ottawa, ON K1N 5M5, Canada. Requests must be received by January 31, 2026.
